3.) Super Castlevania IV

Least Favorite: Castlevania 64

Circle of the Moon? Seriously? Your favorite? Over Order of Ecclesia?! Uh, I found it kinda flawed, though not as bad as the SNES Dracula X. Did you actually like the music in Circle of the Moon? I thought it was generic and repetitive.

Another Circle of the Moon fan? And Harmony of Dissonance too? Don't tell me you liked the music in Circle of the Moon?

So much to choose from for good.

1. Symphony of the night - PS1, Saturn, XBL
2. Castlevania III - NES
3. Circle of moon - GBA
*honorable mentions Bloodlines - Genesis and Dracula X - PC Engine

Worst
1. Castlevania 64 - N64 (WTF...how do you follow Symphony of the night with this POS)
2. Castlevania Judgement - Wii (only reason this isn't number 1 is cause its a spinoff)
3. Dracula X - Snes (only reason this is number 3 is because I never played the second n64 casltevania or the PS2 castlevania)

Reason most people like circle of moon is because it was the first GBA title. Music wasn't stellar but gameplay was flawless. Pure platforming goodness...after that they brought all kinds of wierd trickery. Some of it workd, some didn't...but they never got the formula right again.

I remember playing Harmony and Aria and haveing a blast but remembering how amazing Circle of moon was

Nope, don't even remember it, i liked the difficulty level, the main character (Nathan), and the line: it is not you is the whip (so funny in my country’s Spanish i still use it)

Castlevania is too damn hard i could never beat one, great games though.

It's not that hard anymore dude.  In Dawn of Sorrow u can level up to 99, but I beat the final boss (won't ruin who it is for u) at level 50.  So yeah, if it's too hard, just level up.

OT:

Favorite - Dawn of Sorrow

Least Fav - Castlevania 2

It's about time we get a great 3-D Castlevania. I remember how terrible the first one on the Nintendo 64 was.
