My situation is the exact opposite, I'm paying for 3Mbps, but about 2 weeks ago, for no reason I know of, I started to get anywhere from 10 to 18Mbps, but hey, I'm not complaining.

oh it got faster take a look at that my download speed is surprise191.97 mbs with a 512 connection. omg i am getting +10000% speed

Maybe your ISP upgraded it permanently? Thats how it works over here. 10 years ago the product i bought was up tp 8Mbit down and 512kb up,

over the time it got faster and faster in order to compete with competitors. Now im at 25Mbit down and 1,5Mbit up.

Real speed is around 2 to 2,5MByte (~ 16 to 20 Mbit) download.

you can select what server you want to connect to the one closest is usually default try another one

my internet is work perfectly. my internet is not fucked up to thank my isp for making my internet so fast i am going to upgrade to 1 meg. i gues that should incease my speed.

Maybe your net connection has been updated, or the ISP has delayed throttling.
