How much do you have and how many do you need to level up? You can do a bit of soul hunting with the Knights in the boletaria castle stages in order to level up to the next level, so that way you won't have to worry about losing the souls.

But bear in mind that when you reach the final stage of the game, you won't be able to spend your souls at leveling up, not until you complete the game, start NG+ (skipping the tutorial), pass 1-1 again defeating the Phalanx, so in that moment, you'll have to hang on to at least 300K souls without dying :P

Eh I guess I was a 360 guy, I really just play whatever I want although Demon's Soul is part of the reason I got a PS3. I'm a big Monster Hunter fan clocked around 100+ hours on PSP playing alone sadly...I buy consoles for the weirdest games, bought a 360 for Tales of Vesperia, bought PS3 for Demon's Soul and 3-D Dot Game Heroes. I'll also play anything, B games are not avoided by me because sometimes I find a "B" game is often my favorite game for a year or two. Right now my 360 is hitting a dry spell, waiting for those 2010 games to release ><

I don't know if you're a WRPG fan, but if you are, then with Mass Effect 2, you'll have a good reason to start your 360 again :)

I like all consoles, all offer different and unique gaming experiences and so far, this gen has given us gamers a lots of different approaches and choices.
Demon's Souls is by far the best experience i've had this gen, but before Demon's Souls I was madly in love with Lost Odyssey and Super Mario Galaxy, plus in handhelds, Dissidia is my generation favourite.

So I understand perfectly what you mean about being a gamer who plays anything :) Some of my favourite games of all time are even scored below average in most sites, yet I love them for the experience that they gave me.

How can you say you bought your consoles for weird reasons?

ToV, DS and Monster Hunter are all amazing games. Right now I want a PSP mainly for MGS: Peace Walker and Monster Hunter. But anyways, enjoy all consoles, they all have their own great games.

Well, to know how many souls you need to level up, you'll have to talk to the Maiden in Black, she'll show you how many do you need.

And I agree about the Inventory screen, the first 20 hours in the game I dreaded that screen, even with the manual, it was confusing as hell, but eventually, you'll get the hang of it ;)

@lestat huge WRPG fan, right now I'm playing Diablo 2 and Demon Soul at the same time lol, I have all of the expansion packs from Fallout 3, I had owned Borderlands, recently went through Dragon Age twice.

Mass Effect XD one time I beat the game 6 times in 4 days trying to create "perfect sheperd" maxing out both intimidate and charm without using any level points. I'm looking foward to Mass Effect 2 but if I ever play Mass Effect again I might throw up...

@sabby reason I call it weird is because most people bought PS3 for FF13 or MGS5, and others bought a 360 for Halo, GoW etc, the people here on VGChartz understand me but when I say I bought PS3 for 3-d Dot Game Heroes in real life heads turn and people are like wtf bbq is that?

I've been laying down of Diablo 2, mainly because I have Dragon Age, Torchlight and Borderlands installed and i've yet to finish Borderlands :P (I played three straight runs in Dragon Age, I've only have 5 accomplishments to get the 1600 points total xD).

Hopefully i'll get back to Diablo 2 this summer, i've got to finish my Hell run with a heavily modified Bowzon that uses Charged Shot too, it has been a fantastic build so far.

I've only played Mass effect two times, only go Sheppard to 60 if i'm not mistaken, but the game was pretty awesome, I loved the worlds exploration :D Got both Renegade and Paragorn in my first playthrough, I liked how they allowed us to do that just as they did in KOTOR :P

Scraping Spear...I have a feeling you're underestimating it's power... Took my whole gear down, even my shield, then the dude switches weps and killed me...It's all a matter of how you use a weapon, really.
