As for MMOs and detailed CGIs, think of Blizzard.

Could be an interesting MMO, though it sounds a bit derivative of the World of Darkness.

Looks interesting, but I got my self-hyped up for The Unseen on the Original Xbox and it turned out to be vaporware.

 LOL. Yeah posted this vid in OP now. LOL.

About Blizzards CGI. They are good, like Halo Wars. But this Secret World CGI in places looks like real life. This beats anything Blizzard/Ensemble/Square have ever done. This is seriouslt good CGI. Like I said at times it looks real.

       Well, according to the Game Trailer's videos page this game is also in development for the PC so unlike The Unseen (which its trailer resembles), more than likely this game won't be vaporware.  However, it's also not a 360 exclusive.

I cam across it on www.gamersyde.com.

From there I hunted around on GT and wallah. Your all now looking at the best CGI. :)

It is CGI. It was made buy a hungarian company called Digic Pictures (http://www.digicpictures.com/)
