i prefer the 360 because hte game selection is more appropriate for me but i will be buying a PS3 when it gets a price drop and i will get GS4 Resistance 2 and Killzone 2



I mostly play RTS and Moba style games now adays as well as ALOT of benchmarking. I do play other games however such as the witcher 3 and Crysis 3, and recently Ashes of the Singularity. I love gaming on the cutting edge and refuse to accept any compromises. Proud member of the Glorious PC Gaming Master Race. Long Live SHIO!!!!

I think the PS3 is better in an absolute sense, it has far more features and its overall quality seems better.
I don't by a long shot think its better at everything, but what its not better at its not far behind.
I think the Xbox 360 is/can be better value if you're just after a competent gaming console.

They each have a lot of benefits, several of which the other doesn't have. So I would say, not really but the 360 has a lot more support right now.

both systems are rediculously even at this stage of the game. what the one lacks, the other makes up in spades.
to me, it all boils down to features and perceived entertainment value per currency unit that matter to the individual purchaser, which is probably why the Wii is kicking everyone's but.

If you are an AV nut PS3 is better because it has Bluray.

If you are an online gamer through and through the 360 is better because it has XBL.

I chose PS3 because I like Sony's games more than Microsoft's games and other than the two previous mentions that is really the only difference between them.

PS3 was launched at $1200 for a PS3 system in New Zealand and $1000 in Australia. I was like. BS Sony. Nice try.

I do not care what price PS3 falls to. Damage is already done. The price reduced systems well have been reduced in more ways than one.

One Aussie dollar is around $1.10 New Zealand dollars.

Four figures $1000+ for a console system. WTF?
