Capcom should price it for $34.99
I am in no way fond of these half-arsed 'wii-hashes'*. Resident evil 4 for the wii was fine, the wii controls worked wellish and the game played well. But now it seems they bring anything out, Pikmin, Mario tennis, etc... I have played these games before and they do not scream innovative gameplay to me. They scream new controls added to squeeze more money out of our customers.
It's not fair on us (and by us I mean me)
*as opposed to re-hashes... gettit?
Just received my copy of RE5 today from newegg.com...Does anybody want to hook-up online?

Keep in mind these aren't totally aimed at you.
There were just 21 million GC owners but there are already almost 50 million Wii owners and that's likely to easily double in the next 2 years. And of those 21 million GC owners, barely more than 1 million actually purchased those games.
That's a lot of people who never had a chance to play (own) those games.

A 50 million userbase still does not mean that RE0 and REmake will sell more than a million units. RE4 only mananged to sell a little over two million units on the PS2 eventhough it had a userbase of over 100 million. Besides, a lot of RE fans have already purchased and played these games. Without added features many will not be willing to revisit these games. The sales for RE0 and REmake in Japan are indicative of this. But these games only have new controls and nothing else so Capscum will be happy with any sales that they can get. It's all money for them.
If Nintendo is successful at the moment, it’s because they are good, and I cannot blame them for that. What we should do is try to be just as good.----Laurent Benadiba

Oh boy, won't you be in for a fun surprise!
By life end:
If they are going to release those they got to release Resident Evil 5 so we can at least play through the whole series.
This seems stupid. I went to Amazon to go find you guys a deal (Resident Evil 10th Anniversary Collection) I remember for the Gamecube which packaged Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil and Resident Evil 0 all together for 29.99 and then found out Capcom took it off the market. I guarantee it was so they could sell these for exorbitent prices.

That was a temporary GameStop (and EB which GS now owns) exclusive. It's discontinuation is unrelated to the new games. It was also $39.99, not $29.99.
You can buy a copy on Amazon but expect to pay far more than these titles individually.

New - $299
Used - $140

How do you know it's unrelated? I've noticed the PS2 three pack is still available. I'm not saying it's definitly connected but judging by the PS2 pack still being on the market it definitly swings heavily in that direction. Do you have any proof it's not because you seem awfully sure of it.
