I just get that too, it appears to be connection from a malicious website, best to cancel it and hope your anti-virus stop the connection. It appears vgchartz either get hacked again, or something else...

I am a PC gamer, and also have a NDS now, but without access to a Nintendo Wii until End of 2007.
