Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Wii Fit owners - do you use it every day?

@Tuoyo: If there's some correlation between the two, like a "fitness instructor"...?
Congrats.

@Khuutra: Message board. Only thing is, that you need to add up the daily playtime (and Wii Fit has its own history in the game).

...That would take a very, very long time.

@Khuutra: It takes a while. But atleast TWRoo and Rol have used the method to calculate atleast 2000 hours of gameplay.

I did until my child was born a few weeks ago - not so much since, but would hope to get back into a routine on it again soon.

Your Wii Fit piggy tells you how long you've been exercising in total if you click on it (otherwise it generally shows your daily total).

I've had the game for about two months. Except for the week I was recovering from the flu, I've used it almost daily. My average time would probably be about 45 minutes a day. I don't think it makes sense to use it less because you probably won't see significant results and lose motivation to get back on it.

My first second and third weeks were pretty intense (full yoga and strength routines along with 20 minutes of cardio) and I saw some noticeable changes in the way I look and general well being. After seeing that it works, I haven't really lost motivation. Not sure if I'll be saying this in six months, but so far the Wii Fit is really great.

I use it a few times a week mostly for the strength challenges. And I use the board for Shaun White

5 days a week, 20 minute sessions

I'm trying to play around 30 mins a day now ,both Wii Fit and Shau White. But can't play it everyday. So i'm playing about 2.5 hrs/week.

Btw, who ever got balance board better try Shaun White.Really cool game with great control imo. :D

In my house, it has now been played almost exactly 140 hours over 280 days.

Considering we're 3 people who use it, that's around 10 minutes a day pr person.

But no, I do not use it every day. I use it more like an hour once a week.

Did your Pigggy Bank change colours lately?  Very curious...

Where do you go to look up your time spent playing specific games? This has been bugging me for weeks.

Most games have a "time played" that you can check.

Wii Fit does.
