But that $200 gives you access to the biggest hd library and gives you more options for games.

no wii and ds have the biggest librery, but there are only 3 games i like on the wii and that wont make me buy a wii

Which is why the J man said "hd"

N64 is the ONLY console of the fifth generation!!!

I've almost "jumped in" a few times, other than Alan Wake what games are there to entice me into picking one up like its a mars bar.

im in the same boat...Alan Wake is the only game im really interested in for the 360 and one game will not make me buy a system even if it is only $200

my point is the size of the librery is not what really matters, is how many games that you like what are in it that make the librery relevant, so if the wii or 360 have a huge librery but most of it is not of my interest the size is irrelevant to me

good man i share you're opinion :p

I jumped in. I picked up a 360 pro for 15 dollars. Bought a new DVD-Rom for 35 bucks and I just need to transplant some components when I get it. Been playing the demo;s until the new drive gets here.

I have a 360 but if I didn't, I would need to spend more then £160. I would need to pay for a HDD, MS headset, Wifi and subscription. Not to forget buying a new HDD if the 1st is packed out. Considering there are only a few games most people would be looking forward to; Geow1+2 ( for which you can play uncharted), Fable2 and ninja gaiden2.

I think a lot of ppl who bought a ps3 is because is more of a complete package then a 360. Withought having to change channels, leads, and or get up, we can watch movies ( I have all of dexter season 1&2 on my HDD, Ghostbusters 1&2 and many more), play DVDs and BR, play video games, stream free movies using the browser aswell as our favorite shows and animes, browse the net, email and we don't need to buy over priced HDDs, headsets and we don't need to buy rechargable batteries.

However, I do have a 360 ( I got it cheap and I'm scared it may die if I play too much since I have no reciept, 3 year warrenty has ran out and I don't want to see it go. If it does, god knows when I will be able to replace it or if I ever will.

Only way id get a 360 is to get a USED elite and buy only USED games. I would also just keep making free gold accounts from random address to keep getting free online(you know, the 1 month thing they offer.). I don't care about score and all that etc etc. I wouldn't give Microslut a single penny. Vista has pissed me off that much. If windows 7 is a failure ill just up and eat microsofts CEO for breakfast.

I have more games than I have the time to play and I have not even bought all the games I want because I'm a broke college student. So their would be no point in getting another system. Plus their is no 360 exclusive that I NEED to have especially since I have a PC. I also have a Wii, PS3, and DS not to mention some older consoles.

Don't Worry.....Be Happy

because I don't want to be a dual console owner but rather a PS3 and Wii one?

but then again I may get a 360 later.

I was thinking about it.  For Gears of War 2, Fable 2, Ninja Gaiden 2 and Star Ocean 4.  I think that's it.  However, I just dropped 1k on repairing my car.  So that won't be happening anytime soon.
