Re4 was a great game, especially on the Wii.

But Re5 truly lacks the atmosphere Re4 had (not to mention the Wii controls). I think in the end Re5 turns out to be a mediocre shooter thats will be fast forgotten.

Sounds to me it is a really short demo. Only 475MB? Most demos are at least 1GB download these days.

I'm really surprised no one else here has mentioned the screen tearing issues on the demo?!

I downloaded the demo on 360 last night, the graphics are amazing but the screen tear is absolutely terrible and really spoiled it for me as it is constant in stage 1, I just hope this is because it isn't the final code, I'm also assuming the PS3 demo will be exactly the same as the 360 one with the same issues?

Seemed like a major lack of v-syncing to me? also co-op seemed to take an age to connect?

I played the demo about a month and a half ago, and while it was fun and frantic (had a friend) It felt like too much action. It just seems like they are intent on removing the series from their roots as much as possible. While I did enjoy the game I still lament the fact it just doesn't feel like resident evil.
