Surprised people are more respectful about this girl and not bashing Wii much o.o
I think if you can't/shouldn't be outside and need to be in some hospital or care center then either you can lay down and see tv or play Wii Fit. The latter will at least make you move and the fun in playing might make you forget about the pain and you'll move more freely.
Moving at angles is good.
