Reason:  Gamecube games.  i missed out on alot of games from last gen that are great.  I've bought eternal darkness, mario sunshine, metroid prime, Pikman, and wind waker.  Lovin' that BC.  Thanks nintendo. 

I just wish there were more wii games that i want...

Also, lowered the sharpness on my 50" 1080p LCD and that made a HUGE difference.  I don't regret buying my Wii anymore.  MAybe I should change my sig....

Edit-  I also bought Raving Rabid Raymans.  That game is completely and utterly stupid.  And so much fun.  I can't quit playing it.

If you like Metroid Prime, you should probably get Metroid Prime 2 and 3 as well.

Also, can't go wrong with Brawl ;)

I feel the same. I have absolutly no interest in Wii games, but VC is a stroke of genius. After years I can finally put away the NES, SNES, N64, and still enjoy the awsome games for those systems. When I learned the that the folks that had lent us the Wii we have were going to let us keep it, I went crazy on VC. I now have;

Mario 64
Zelda 64
Donkey Kong Contry 1 - 3
Super Mario RPS
Super Mario Brothers

Plus I have all my Gamecube games, and a wavebird controller which is the best thing you can possibly have for your Wii system.

I must admit, my dislike for Wii is going away. I still have yet to purchase a Wii game, and I see no reason to buy any disc based games coming out for the system in the foreseable future, but when it comes to VC I am all over that. At the end of the day I wstill wish Nintendo would just drop the hardware and become a developer. If I could have all these awsome Nintendo games on my PS3 or 360, and Nintendo could just focus on making games at the quality they used to, I would be a much happier gamer.

I really do.  I like that it's actually not that easy.  idk how many times I've died after playing for like 3 hours.  i always forget to save.  I'm mainly a PC gamer.  Love that quick save.

how can you be interested in all those titles but not liking games like Super Mario Galaxy, Zelda, Smash. To me it seems youre just stubborn into thinking the Wii has nothing to offer, oh and also what Galaki said.

I think that was aimed at the troll that was talking trash about quality after having admitted that he hadn't, and won't, actually buy any retail games.

You shouldn't have bought Pikmin or Metroid Prime. They're getting remade for the Wii with IR controls very soon!

You can get Killer7 really cheap too. Most of the main 1st party GC games are great, and they're really cheap now. And the anthologies for the oldschool Mega Man and Sonic games. And Beyond Good and Evil if you can find it. And if you're really lucky or really rich, Ikaruga.
