Aldro, all your reasons are very easily stripped.  Your proof is nearly a year ago, and things change.  Just because MGS3 didn't swing over, doesn't mean MGS4 won't.

3) The 'this is only exclusive on the ps3 system' while installing. (they'll just remove it or change it)
4) The rumors about the game beeing big (Sure you can cut it down, But why after Substance failed? Even though some people from PS2 has got a Xbox and would die to get MGS4, I still don't think the sales will be dramatic.. ) (because of the Blu-Ray disc space, most of the audio/video was uncompressed.  Easy compression could shrink the game by over half and make it fit on just 2 DVD-9's which by the way hold ~9GB)
5) LBP Snake sackboy lol XD (who cares?  LBP has levels for everything)
6) So if it went to Xbox, when we install the game it says : This game is exclusive on the PS3 system. But thats a lie? xO :D Doubt it. (There probably wouldn't be an install on the 360.  That feature is just being added on November.  It doesn't need installed cuz the 360 drive and DVD read speed is much faster than a Blu-Ray.  Even if there is an install: (they'll just remove the referrence or change it))

Sure i get the idea of making it multi to get more $$$. But i do think Sony did a contract with them. I THINK SO or else Micro would smash us in the face and get a multi even before its realease...

You are right, and just by them stating they are thinking about it, proves it is quite tempting and possible.

They stated it was exclusive, because originally it was. They could have had a deal of some sort, possibly 1 year, but regardless, things change, and you have to realize that.

Just because you so adamantly think it won't happen, does not mean it won't. It has very good possibilities. I don't care either way because I played it on my PS3 and thought it sucked. I returned it to Gamefly after watching... I mean playing MGS4 for 5 hours.

So many 360 fans were saying this game is nothing for so long, now they want it and they are saying that it's an amazing game and should be played by everyone. Just because of rumors.

It's annoying seeing everyone think that if a game is announced for ps3, it will make it's way to 360 if it's any good.....

First paragraph: That's because before it was an enemy game that must be extinguished because it was a good talking point to PS3 owners saying why their 2008 was superior. Now it's possibly just going to be a game, so it can be looked at on it's own merits.

Second Paragraph: That's because more often than not, that's exactly what happens. Quick question. How many released third party exclusives on PS3 HAVEN'T gone to 360?

1) Just because multiple discs haven't been used much if at all this generation, it doesn't mean that they wouldn't be utilized if it would mean bringing a AAA title to the 360 (I am sure MS would offer to offset any additional costs).

2) What's so hard about editing game content? Its been done dozens of times in the past for multi-platform games. So far as I know, none of these references are critical to the game story.

Honestly I don't care if the game ever does come to the 360 (and I am a 360 owner), but I do hope these rumors keep resurfacing every couple months simply because its fun watching you guys get twisted inside out.

Here I did the work. I could have missed one, but I think I'm correct. These are all third party games not on the 360(Not necessarily exclusives, but that's not the point of the argument)

There have been 8 third party games that haven't been ported to 360. Three of those games (NGSigma, Full Auto 2, Ridge Racer 7) all have either prequels or sequels available on the 360. Now think of how many have gone and the difference in quality with this list to the one of lost games. It's not hard to think why people basically expect every third party game to go to the 360, because almost every one does.

What bothers me the most is how people think it's literally impossible for MGS4 to end up on the 360. Even with all the so called commitment Konami has for Sony, the franchise is not a Sony exclusive. That should be the first warning sign. Second, MGS is a franchise of AAA caliber, right? So wouldn't Konami want sales like a AAA game should receive? Not that it isn't selling well on the PS3 but with the 360 doing so well in Japan and the fact that practically 90% of 360 owners who would want MGS4 on the 360, what does Konami have to lose?
