Sony has traditionally dominated the TGS ,to a point where Nintendo didnt even present themselves many years to the show .

X360 had a good showing last year due to Blue Dragon and should repeat it with Los Odyssey and the 2-3 japanese games it has left in exclusive as Ace Combat 6 (although probably timed ) and Katamary .Also good multiplattform as Last Remnant ,Talisman and Devil May Cry 4 .In any case its a very minor console there .

Nintendo could do some splash .Dragon Quest on the Ds can be one of the games of the show .And in the Wii some games as Mario Galaxy ,No More Heroes and Wii Fit could attract the crowds .

But Sony has everything set to dominate the TGS .Square will show there the two Final Fantasy XII gamesand Last Remnant and who knows if a Kingdom Hearts and Star Ocean 4 ,Capcom will show games as Devil May Cry 4 ,Monster Hunter 3 ,Talisman or Resident Evil 5 ,Konami will show Metal Gear Solid 4 ,Silent Hill 5 and Pro Evolution Soccer plus maybe some others as Coded Arms ,Namco Bandai will show the 3 exclusive games for the PS3 under the Cellius brand plus others as Tekken 6 and Soul Calibur 4 and Time Crisis 3 ,Sega will have the horror game they are preparing plus Condemned 2 and other games ,and all the little developers will show their games ....plus the Sony japanese studios games of course with things as Hot Shots Golf 5 and its growing online community ,Heavenly Sword ,Team Ico projects ,White Knight Story ......plus all the surprises they have for us that is .

So everybody will have things to attract people ,but Sony will have the most and the true next gen games .....even if many will be in the 360 its the same as the 360 doesnt count there .

The big line will be at Wii Fit and anything DS.

 Katamary will come to Wii also.

I do think Sony will have a very strong show, but honestly if you think anything will beat Dragon Quest IX on DS you don't understand how much bigger DQ is compared to FF.

Other than that wont Hot Shot Golf be out before TGS?

I also think it is intressting that we assume that no one of the japanese devs wont show anything for the Wii or the DS. I mean DS has soon sold more in Japan than PS2. 

Popularity doesn't mean its going to be a great game. Pokemon is popular, but most of the Pokemon games aren't good. The thing is, FF, MGS, etc. might not be as popular as DQ, but they could have a better showing than DQ.

And yes, Hot Shots Golf will be out before TGS.

In regards to the weight of Dragon Quest versus Final Fantasy, DQ will get more attention at TGS, hands down.  DQ has always been bigger in Japan than FF (DQ is the most successful RPG series in Japan, FF is the most successful RPG series globally). 

Dragon Quest IX, Super Mario Galaxy, Super Smash Bros Brawl, potential unvelilings of Animal Crossing and Kirby Wii say no the this topics title.

 In a game show like TGS I do think that the most popular game will have the best show, yes. If pokemon were there people would have been standing in que to get some play time, just as they will with DQ.

FF13 on wii sure, if you duck tape 20 wiis together you might get enough power to run that game.
