There is no price cut in Europe so posting the amazon.com sites of Europe is moot.

Apparently right now, Amazon.com says PS3s will be in stock on July 23 which is a week from now...

I've seen that before though and I'm sure they will be available sooner.

It says available on July 23.

Also 9 out of 10 circuit city stores in Los Angeles are now sold out of PS3s.

Also Target.com which had PS3s listed before on their online store now only has PS3 bundles listed.

the Walmart.com PS3/Blu Ray remote bundle is still sold out.

Edit: PS3 is available again on Target.com and is available at all Target stores in LA right now.

no they are not sold out,
but I suppose "5 unit avaible" means that they are near to be sold out.

I think the amazon site is updated and i don't see any promotion of the free blu ray movie and blu ray remote anymore... it is also in stock right now...

Indeed. I don't understand how they put will be available on such a date then say it's in stock hours later....

Also, I can't see the Blu Ray offer bu that offer is supposed to go all the way to September everywhere not just on Amazon so I'm sure it still applies.

 The date available might just be a 'safety net' tho, just so you can't complain if it does take longer than expected!

No, there are actually two offers Ck. The first is 5 free blu ray movies; that's good everywhere, and is still valid, you are correct. However, Amazon had a particular sale where a purchase of a PS3 also netted you ANOTHER free movie as well as a PS3 remote. That's an Amazon-specific sale. I thought it was supposed to still be going on actually, but I don't see it either at the moment.

In Poland Microsoft prepares to fight back against Sony's promotion. Right now we have (Media Markt) X360 + extra controller + 2 games (Forza, PGR3) for 1699 zł - $620 (X360 costs 1599 zł - $580). No sign of new bundled PS3's so far.
