I walked into my local EB after work this afternoon and to my delight it would seem RE4 was out in the land down under, for 80 freaking dollars....... and in our current exchange rate $80 AUD is about $65 USD, keep in mind that this is still cheaper then your average game in Australia ($100). Please feel for us, DS games here cost us Aussies exactly $53 USD.

Wow... and I thought it was bad here in the UK...

That sucks...I wonder, is it easier to come by $50 in Australia though? Cost of living and such?

Still...$53 for a DS game...ouch...and I thought $30 for the expensive games was a lot.

Yes we pay a lot for games and our average pay packets are lower than the US or Japan, OR a lot of Europe for that matter. Anddddd our non paid overtime is about the highest in the world. Australia is not laid back it is WORK WORK WORK DIE.

For the Cube owners it has lots of stuff:

-Like the Ada wong missions (Which adds about 3-5 hours of gameplay and increases the replay value)

And Ada wong missions are on Gamecube graphics... Instead of the PS2... Which obviously lacked detail!

So that's worth it for 30$ if u live in the USA...

that sucks. but here in south america is worse.

DS game = 150 - 220 pesos( about 50 and 70 USdollars)
Wii game= 240 - 300 pesos( about 80 and 100 us dollars)
keep that in mind. and here the salaries are very low
