It doesn't help that the top one is getting all the light on it, the screen is annoying when in full light. They either fixed that, or its getting better lighting in the picture.

Its an okay upgrade. Great for users whom do not have a PSP. But if you have a PSP1000 or PSP-2000 then its not worth upgrading ...

You can see where the light is reflecting using the body of it.... the bottom one only has light reflection on the sloped bits for the right buttons and the d-pad.... the top one has reflections on the flat areas of it, which means it is also reflecting off the flat screen.

There is a good improvement in colour quality for sure, but it's a bad comparison for the anti-glare tech when only the old PSP has the lights directly on it.

I wonder what they'd be like in the dark, that'd be a better comparison, with all the glare on the top one and all.

Improvement on the screen is good, but that's getting me no closer to buying one. Come on sony, you've a good start to 08 with great games, keep it up.

That's a great upgrade on the screen. I hope there are comparisons between both of them with games, instead of just pictures. It sucks that I just bought a PSP slim a few months ago. Damn it, why did they have to announce/release it so soon. It hasn't even been a year since the slim got released.

I guess I will sell my Slim before the release of this. It does look better, and I do actually use my PSP to play videos, so that should be an improvment. I would have liked an improvement of the speakers more, though I guess I'll use headphones.

If the anti glare is that good I am really tempted to get a new one. I bought mine for road trips but through plain bad luck I am always sitting in the sun and trying to see the screen in the sun really sucks.
