Ya, of course the 360 has um more efficient hardware utilization - because um, Microsoft is a software company? They also have a better GPU which counts more in 1/1 comparisons because you notice visual effects way before you notice the better AI or slightly larger world etc.

Tease.

another one of these....yipe

Oh right, so does that mean that all the ps3 exclusive could be done on the x360 pluss look better, i just always assumed that the multi-plat gams looked better on the 360 because it takes longer to get the same amount of performance out if the ps3 and not having enough time to do it because of the development on the 360 also.

Isn't it because alot of Multi Platform games are developed for the 360 then they get ported the the PS3?

Lets see: Yep. Since the Cell processor isn't even getting 4 SPEs utilized fully the CPU load could be handled on the Xenon, theres a little more ram available, theres the EDram theres the better software development tools, the more capable/flexible GPU.

The only real advantage the PS3 has justifiably shown at this point in time is the HDD, the blu ray thing is so-so for me.

Im not going to say looks better, but ya the only reason that happens is because they use the lowest common denominator assets for both platforms.

sure you could just lol that.... or give an actual answer

i rekon they are the same wth, soon ps3's should become greater than the 360's into 2009 i believe we will see a difference

Respect for compans: SONY > NINTENDO >>>>>>>>>> MICROSOFT

As games get even better looking the PS3 is really going to struggle, it's GPU just cannot keep up with the 360's and we're in a generation where that is more important that any raw CPU power.

I honestly can't believe anymore it's down to development issues rather than just simple old technology constraints. Whenever I tell people that the PS3 cannot possibly be more technically capable than the 360, this is all the evidence I need, and there's still no proof showing otherwise.

In the end it's all down to the games.
