Actually it means something in between. "Schedule" in the rigorous sense would be 計画 (keikaku). 予定 (yotei) definitely contains the nuance of "intention" imho. But I do not claim to be an expert of the Japanese language, either. However, 予定 definitely doesn't mean "scheduled date".

EDIT: I see, the Google translator says 予定 = scheduled. Well, as I said I think it's more like something in between. But go ahead and replace intention by schedule in my original post:

Wow, I never realized that there were so many star ocean fans. SO3 was sub-par in my opinion even though I dived head first because it was published by S-E. I think people spend so much time bickering over games that most don't even buy topics they need to fan the fire of the console war. Have fun arguing guys.

PS3 has countless other games and has its own majour exclusives, this isnt even a majour game for the PS3, and i have no intrest in buying it.

Actually you're wrong. This Sony fanboy is bashing Sony for being dumbasses and not taking care of us JRPG fans. MS must want my business more.

The only JRPG released in a year and a half is Enchanted Arms if you can call that a game. Disgaea 3 & Valkyria Chronicles are both coming this summer but are STRATEGY RPG's which I don't care much for. And to boot, VC is set during WWII...Yay, guns in a JRPG.  And Disgaea 3 has worse graphics than most of my psp games.

When will those major exclusives release, all I keep hearing is announcements of those games and they haven't released yet.

On Topic: It's actually pretty sad that this came across, its obvious Microsoft is keeping Sony from getting the exclusives it needs to get the Japanese to jump aboard.

I agree Microsoft must really care about the JRPG gamers, seriously. I mean everytime you look around there is a signed exclusive to the console.

I'm glad that the company with deepest pockets gets the advantage, rather than the company that builds the more solid machine. It's not at all absurd, no. Up with capitalism, because CONSUMERS M SMRT!

 Oh, and PS fanboys are the only ones like this? Xbox and Nintendo fanboys are just as bad.
