What's up with all these old threads coming back?

Good times, hope Nintendo can be back on top again with Switch. The early signs are good.

Will they repeat this success a decade later?

This was the perfect, PERFECT dead thread until you ruined it. I used to like to come here for quiet contemplation. To reflect on my life. Feel grateful. Have a good cry......Becoming a contributer to block you.

Seems like about half of my threads become dead threads right out of the gate, feel free to use those.

With Nintendo's new strategy of wooing third party developers, the Wii's successor will be a smash hit.

"...Innovative designs like the GameCube..."

"Innovative."

Holy shit, this has to be a record necro bump. Also; no, the Switch is not the new Wii, and in addition to that, the days of making zillions selling handhelds in PS2 numbers are also over, as opposed to the time this piece was written. The situation today is entirely different and Nintendo have placed themselves in the direct line of fire of a market that didn't even exist when this OP was made.

I have fait in Ninty.
My Bet is that the Wii will sell more than 100 Millions consoles.

Who wants to bet???

PS3 will be second with 90 Million

Nearly ten years ago, FishyJoe made this thread and no one has replied to it until now...

Wow I didn't notice it until you mentioned it. Who thought about replying to such an old thread in the first place and how did people continue to pour in now? This thing belongs in a museum.

Just a guy who doesn't want to be bored. Also
