There are 32 100% confirmed characters, 1 99% confirmed chacter, and all of them are on the 35 character list. You can safely consider Wolf and Wind Waker Link confirmed.

Of course it's always possible that there are a few characters the leakers didn't know about, but I'm not holding my breath.

Guys, stop hiding characters. Not a single person here expressed desire to avoid character spoilers. Just put spoilers for SSE stuff. I'm tired of highlighting everything on the damn page. Also, please link to the original 35 character roster.  I have yet to see the original.

Anyway, R.O.B. is just retarded. Toon Link is (hard to believe this) even more retarded. Either of them getting in over someone like K. Rool is just ridiculous. I really hope that roster is wrong, because it's just plain stupid developer decisions if right.

Rool.  No idea why Ganandorf looks so N64 in that image, but it's from the list Parokki gave: http://s248.photobucket.com/albums/gg181/xblah/ssbm/?start=all which are otherwise all shots from SSE.

So looks like K. Rool is in the game, and if he's in SSE, he's most likely a PC, everyone else is.

That Ganondorf pic is weird...but it could be an alternate costume for him.

But I don't get this ROB from Star Fox stuff...this pic definitely shows it's ROB the helper robot or whatever that's playable. 

Yeah, R.O.B. is playable, but not ROB (Starfox) as stated on the list. Of course, maybe the list leaker simply saw a list of names, and assumed it was ROB from Starfox?

I'm not convinced about the 35 list yet. Looks like they (people posting SSE images) havn't gotten through SSE and havn't unlocked Sonic yet, so there could still be more surprises.
