OKAY, I HAVE TO WRITE THIS IN BOLD, SINCE CLEARLY, SOME PEOPLE IN THIS THREAD HAVE FALLEN ASLEEP DURING READING COMPREHENSION CLASS.
THIS THREAD IS ABOUT HARDWARE, NOT SOFTWARE. ABOUT HOW 360 ISN'T AHEAD OF PS3 HARDWARE, ON (ARGUABLY) THE BIGGEST RELEASE OF THE YEAR, THE RELEASE THAT THEY'VE SECURED EXCLUSIVE EPISODIC CONTENT ON, AND ON THEIR CHEAPER CONSOLE.
THE QUESTION POSED IS, IS THERE ANY OTHER GAME THAT WILL CHANGE THE DIRECTION THAT NA IS GOING (PS3 > 360) OR IS THIS THE BEGINNING OF THE END?
THANKS TO THOSE WHO POSTED, AND DIDN'T FALL ASLEEP IN READING COMPREHENSION CLASS.
AGAIN, PEOPLE PLEASE READ THE OP BEFORE COMING IN, BASHING MY THREAD.
THIS IS A THREAD ASKING IF THE 360 IS BEGINNING TO BE DEAD IN AMERICA, AFTER THE RELEASE OF GTA IV, AND HOW IT COULDN'T PASS PS3 IN HARDWARE. NOT A PROCLAIMATION. AGAIN, USE YOUR READING COMPREHENSION SKILLS BEFORE BASHING MY THREAD, THANK YOU FOR THOSE THAT HAVE DONE THAT. FOR THOSE THAT HAVEN'T PLEASE EDIT YOUR POSTS, NOW THAT YOU (HOPEFULLY) UNDERSTAND THIS.
GTA IV launched in America and Europe this week, and the American numbers are in.
PS3 has outsold the 360 by a modes 26k units.
While that isn't a lot, America is 360's biggest market...
If GTA IV, with 360's Exclusive Episodic Content didn't push sales above PS3 this week, what will?
Is GTA IV the beginning of the end for the 360 in America?
