I think you're overly cautious if you open doors with napkins and such.

The worst you'll get is mildly sick from anything in a regular environment.

I dunno about you guys but I clean my toilet seat a hell of a lot more often than I clean my keyboard so I wouldn't be surprised if it is cleaner.

 Like Ebola and Cholera.

 Let me rephrase that, I'd use napkins to open the door to the breakroom where I'd eat and open drinks. Otherwise, I just make sure not to use my fingertips and palms of my hands to open doors. People are filthy! :)

Oh, by the way, here is my keyboard, after I cleanded it and made a few crackers from the crumbs!

BTW: people without massive accretion on the WASD-keys are not real gamers!   

 I work at an antique shop, I've touched some diiiirty stuff.  I wash my hands and take a shower each day, I'm good.  Never gotten anything but a common cold or a fever that was going around anyway.
