When does Take Two fiscal year start/end. I cant believe that they would release GTA4 and something equivalent to GTA3:SA in the same fiscal year, it just doesn't make sense.
Also, how much is this downloadable content going to cost? Because they could sell something equivalent to GTA3:SA for $60 for fall 09.

At the end of the day Microsoft didn't loan them $50 million for some horse armour. These may not be SA or VC big, but they will be BIG. Also, remember this. They won't have to include the game engine or drivers in the DLC, as they will already be on the disc. You could easily have 3-4gb downloads that could be monstrous in size. |
The truth is, no one knows what the DLC is. It could be horse armor. They haven't said exactly what it is. It could be new skins for Niko or something.
Now I don't think it's that, I believe it's more missions, or an addition to the storyline, rather than new cities. But it's possible that it could be anything, since they haven't said exactly what it is, and why would they be so tight-lipped with something as "BIG", as you say it is?
It doesn't seem likely that they would take games that sold 10+ million last gen, and reduce the market to 360 owners, who bought GTA IV, who have a hard drive, and an internet connection.
Well they have just said that the advertising is about to start in Ernest this week, so I guess we'll find out soon enough how big it is.

TT ends it's financial year in June. That means releasing the DLC later this year would have it in a seperate financial year to the incomplete GTAIV experience this financial year.

well on GT TV SONY SAID they would put A LOT of marketing BEHIND GTA IV..
People who bought the arcade version can just buy a HD if they want to play the DLC.
As for the entire city being exclusive, that would be impressive. I am guessing that’s not the case. We know they have DLC in the works that’s multiplatform. I would suspect something that large would be one of them.
