P.S(Bear with me for a moment): Makes a presumption that plants are lesser than animals but that is his bias showing as he is an animal himself and hasn't looked into the amazing things plants can do and the research that shows how sophisticated they are. Plants are parallel to animals, not lesser than them. Just as some animals are really complex and some aren't, some plants are really complex and some aren't. They are different but plants are just as living as animals.

Still doesn't understand my point about needless killing vs killing for food. It;s the reason why I am not against meet eating and eat meat myself. The food chain is also a part of life. If lab grown meat and vegetables become a reality in the future, we should stop feeding on animals and plants.
