I always been a fan of the music from The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind

Breaks my heart again every single time.

Other than that KH's endings get me every time.

Worth mentionning, nier replicant ending :

For me, the end credits of Uncharted 4 were memorable.
The music echoes the original themes in a very melancholic way and there really was a sense of farewell after a decade and four great adventures with Nate and company.
