Fast RMX wasn't on the Wii U.
I voted Mario Kart 8 Deluxe too.
My instinct is always to answer Splatoon 2 to these questions. I KNOW it's a complete sequel in it's own right and the gameplay actually feels diffrent enough that there is a little bit of a learing curve to it, but I can't help myself, Splatoon 2 is a port in my mind for some reason.
I answered MK8D on the poll though, while I think they could have made the pricepoint 40$ for some extra awesome value, they did pretty much everything right with this one. Boosted resolution, all DLC included and a new mode on top.
The DKTP port had an indefensible pricepoint, as much as I love the actual game.

I didn't have a WiiU in the first place, but Mario Kart 8 Deluxe added a ton of content from the original, so it gets my vote.
Mario Kart 8.
720p without any anti-aliasing showed a lot of jaggies and jittering on Wii U. That's why I sold it the day of the announcement on Switch (for a good price).

Pocky Lover Boy!
I have to go with Pokken for no other reason than Decidueye is bae...
Have a nice day...
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe - graphical glitches were fixed, it now runs at 1080p, the item mechanics were updated to let you hold 2 items instead of 1, the battle mode was vastly improved, and it added new characters and kart pieces. it barely even feels like a port of MK8 and i 100%'d both versions. not even to mention the fact that it brings out the possibility for more dlc courses to be added
