In the months leading up to the release of Detroit: BH, both Heavy Rain and Beyond Two Souls were included in the free PS Plus membership games. I had actually played through a few hours of Heavy Rain back when it debuted on the PS3, but never finished it. After playing through Detroit, I decided to go back and give the games I try. I finished Heavy Rain and am 2/3rds (maybe more) through Beyond Two Souls, and for the most part have enjoyed all three games.
The main issue I had was with the first two titles, as some of the QTE sequences utilize the motion controls of the controller, and I find myself failing many of those prompts despite my best efforts. Detroit used touch pad commands in place of these, and they worked splendidly.
I'm looking for other games to play that are similar to these. I was really fond of the "murder mystery" themes of Heavy Rain. I understand there are quite a few Telltale games (of which I have never played a single one), so maybe that's a good place to start, although if there is anything else out there that I'm missing out on, please let me know.
I posted this in Sony Discussion, but I suppose I'm also open to playing games on other hardware (don't have anything Xbox, though).
Also, WOW, the visuals in Detroit exceeded anything I've played up to this point.
