Spain’s side has only Croatia and probably England as noteworthy teams, so we could have crazy semifinals like Croatia x Switzerland. Meanwhile, the other side will have like 6 noteworthy teams, probably making for a traditional semifinal like Brazil x France.

Watching the Titanic sink on slow-mo is exactly what it looked like while watching Germany last night. Slow build up play, no change in tempo, easy shots missed in front of goal and star players underperforming(hiding).

It means normal regional teams as they would play in their domestic leagues or in the Champions League. It's to distinguish them from national teams.
