At nearly 36 years old, I bag groceries, clean your piss and shit off the bathroom floor and walls, clean the windows, sweep and mop, bring in the carts, put go-back items back on the shelves, and get yelled at over things I can't control like the store's prices, all for roughly minimum wage. 10 friggin' hours a day at least. Then I walk home (I have no car), reminding the same creep who offers me a ride most every day that I'm not interested, fix myself a meal, play a cheap video game I can afford, and read about the ecological unsustainability of civilization. Then I turn on the news. It's about the billionaire president's semi-consensual affair with a porn star because his ex-fashion model wife wasn't good enough for him. I go to bed, get up, and repeat. Eventually I find myself paying 21% interest on my first credit card and 11% on the other and speculate as to how long it is before I'm thrown out of my rental unit.

So I am, in other words, a winner by anyone's definition.

At what point in your life did it went wrong?

What systems do you specialize in?

The whole Avaya Aura 6.3/7 environment including SBC (Session Border Controller) and Equinox Collaboration. Right now I am doing the E-Learning for IPC Unigy in order to get certified.

My sincere condolences.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

It's hard to single out just one thing, but if I had to, I would say that the biggest mistake I ever made was dropping out of college. I found that I wasn't doing well either financially or in terms of my grades and had already switched majors a couple of times, so at a certain point I gave up to save money and energy.
