For those who don't know, Tencent is a chinese investment holding company. curently they hold majority of the two biggest games, League of legends and  Fortnite

Tencent games is only a portion of the company and yet it still the largest gaming company in the world. again  thats very understable, they own 100% of Riot games and 40% of Epic games (fortnite devs) and they also own  the PUBG mobile version.

seems like they have very little competition. am of the mindest that many owners to many games in the same field is better than a few. what do you think?

Well, yes they're becoming too big, but that's the beauty of capitalism, monopolization.

to me. it seems to be like there is 0 difference between china and the U.S

in one however the minimum wage is slightly higher.

All I know it I just tried pubg on mobile. It is suprisingly very good and gives a full experience of the game. I am impressed!

As for their size, competition is always better. We will just have to see how it plays out for now. So far so good, but someone is bound to also bring bigger named multiplayer games to mobile as well.

Tencent has done nothing to disrupt videogames or the studios it acquired in any way whatsoever.

I didn't say that they did.

So then there is no reason why Tencent's largely innovation-driven growth and success should bother you.

Any company getting so massively big bothers me, since they have so much power.
