Forums - Sports Discussion - Nearly 2 hour long WWE Match on Raw

First off, one of the best Raw's I have seen. This is what we need, more wrestling less talking. More action, less goofiness.

With that, if Jericho beating The Rock and Austin in the same night is impressive then what is Rollins beating Roman Reigns and John Cena (both clean) in the same night? I know Dave Meltzer doesn't rate Raw matches, but I'm hard pressed to not see that a 5/5.

RAW doesn't usually even have 2 hours worth of wrestling total.

Of course, I probably haven't watched it in nearly a year.

It was a joy to see. I typically watch about 30 - 45min of RAW, but I ended up watching this whole match. The first hour especially was very good.

I have been telling people the last few weeks that WWE is getting super hot again. Braun Strowman and Elias are excellent, and there are a lot of other very strong talents throughout the roster. This could be an era that can stand toe to toe with the Hogan/Andre days and the Rock/Austin days.

Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter. Help make existence a beautiful thing.

If I had cable I might be watching Raw. It's getting more interesting. The WWE has been getting a lot better since 2015. Even though I watched wrestling from 2006-2010, and partially from 2010-2012 I actually don't like that period too much.

I wonder if any of this has to do with Vince giving up some control of his company to focus on XFL..

I'm in a Facebook group where we discuss wrestling and somewhere along the way we divided between team Raw and Team Smackdown.

I'm on team Smackdown even though I often have to pretend the show was better than it actually is. Even I gave it to Raw this week. The stars involved have a great performance!

Oh, and if you looked closely, you could spot Asuka's areola!

Wait... are we talking about a match that literally went on for 2 hours or am I misunderstanding? I haven't watched wrestling in a bit...
