You said "but none of those have concrete release periods"
2018 not being concrete is an opinion.
Saying "I believe that Fire Emblem will be delayed into 2019" or whatever you decide to say is actually both an opinion and prediction. Because you personally think that it will be delayed.
Here's the definition of opinion: a view or judgment formed about something, not necessarily based on fact or knowledge.
Your view on Fire Emblem is that it doesn't have a "concrete" release date, therefore saying it does not qualify for your "List of Switch games in 2018". Opinion.

I never said you couldn't put it on your own list, I said that if those games come out this year I'd put Nintendo at top, but I'm not sure if any of them will. And it's based on the knowledge that Nintendo has delayed games in the past, the Wii U had them, Breath of the Wild is a notable example. If I'm going to make my own prediction, I'm going to base it on what I think will and will not release. Again, you can put it on your own list if you'd like.

Yeah they have delayed things in the past, but guess what? In 2017 they've committed to their releases, including Xeno 2, does that mean means nothing for your "knowledge'? Nintendo has a new president and so far, they've been improving in several ways, including not giving a release date/year if they aren't sure when it will release. Metroid, Pokemon, Bayo 3... ;D But unlike FE, they did give it. So if you based on their current decisions and their current president, it's a much more valid argument to give. Basing Nintendo's decisions under a previous president isn't really valid for today's arguments.
A good comparison would be to blame Obama for a lot of Trump's decisions. Because they were both President's of the USA. Knowledge is powerful when it's used correctly.
