So they're not exact, but pretty damn close (<3% margin of error)?

About that, they also fits with a previus estimate of 480k XB1+PS4

Last month switch won despite the release of destiny 2, and NBA 2k18, with no major releases for itself. With Odyssey, Switch will win without a shadow of a doubt
