I am curious if anyone know how much vgchartz earn from "ads"?

estimate? exact numbers?

I know financial might be touchy but I can only avoid my curiousity for so much.

Has anyone here have their own website? roughly how much do you profit from the ads?

No clue, but if I were to guess 200k+ up to absolute max 1m a year in revenue. Then you take out all the expenses of course.

Ioi owns the site. If you're talking about the project managers, we have no stake at all in the site, we're just volunteers.

I wouldn't say its accurate at all, but I think its decent to estimate the magnitude of revenues we talking about. It is not like this is a tiny site, and their are certainly plenty of ads. And also some companies like SE pay or used to pay ioi for the sales data, and that is why we see FF or KH ads at the bottom of every page.
