The images are real, they look lovely though in HDR, nice photography. There are 2 categories in the game for photo mode, scapes and race mode. The ones from replays look great as well.

But this time in particular I'm amazed at the details because it's not the car, but everything else. The car is actually the only thing in the image that I would suspect isn't real.



I don't know how they did this, but the details and the lighting is really blowing me away. That really looks like Akihabara to me.
Is this really computer graphics, or is it mixing in real captured footage somehow?

i see this beautiful japanese city and i'm in love.

Funny thing is that Kaz take so many pictures of the cars that he could put all real photos instead of rendered =p
