I'm actually moving away from online only games right now, because its a big cost and if I buy the game and don't play it, theres a good chance by the time I do they'll have closed the servers down. I couldn't justify moving onto D2 when I had only played D1 for about 4/5 hours.

The 2nd entry is way down from the original even with a better attach of digital sales.

And it ain't gonna have the legs the first one had. (Sold like 15M +)

it's definately not meaningless.... it's extreemely probable more than 50 percent of DESTINY 2 sales on console were digital..... also D2 is a way better game than the first....

The article does state that including both digital and phsyical aren't making the numbers reach D1 sales figures. So the digital number isn't important. D2 can be better. But that doesn't mean anything. People where burned from the first game. They quit and don't bother coming back. That happens with movies and TV shows all the time. TMNT 1 was a crap movie. TMNT 2 improved things. Got more like the show. It still bombed. Because the fanbase didn't trust bay after the first one. Also, them doing the whole color crap like Hotdogs and Buns is bullshit.
