Uh, Capcom couldn't afford SFV, sony paid to have it developed much sooner than it would have been. SFV exclusivity is perfect sense. Microsoft should have paid for the development of SFV, but they didn't, Sony did. Just because a game is exclusive doesn't mean there was a good reason behind it.
