Forums - Nintendo Discussion - After playing some of Zelda: Breath of the Wild...

GTA 5, as well as 4 and SA (only played those three) all had the same problem for me; it was fun to just mess around for about 10 minutes, but even that got old fast, and the actual campaign was just so boring I couldn't be bothered.

Far out, glad someone said it, I was starting to feel like the only man on earth who didn't like GTA5.

Curl, GTA V isn't on a Nintendo console...

At what point did anyone claim it was?

I don't think your name is Curl...

Doesn't need to be aimed at me to point out the obvious, you were clearly baiting him, stop it.

Lol, I remember saying this in my long ass reply on that article

The only reason people buy GTA so much is that they get the urge to punch pedestrians for 10 minutes

Are you a mod now? After all these recent bans, that would surprise me.

Because you know not what goes on between me and Curl, yet decide to butt in anyway (because, you know, you are you) here's what I was referring to with my comment:

You can usually get a couple hours out of it if playing with friends, but playing solo i am surprised you managed 10 minutes.

See that's the problem, friends.

They can be substituted with high content alcohol if needed.

Breath of the Wild is definitely a lot better, comparing them is almost a crime imo. I mean BOTW is like a 87/100, the fact that I got bored after 80 full hours speaks for itself.

GTA V is just boring all around! So I'm glad we can agree on that : ) I felt crazy for a while too dude!

I think 4 sucked too. Haven't played enough of 3, Vice City, or San Andreas to judge them. I have them on Steam but ... just don't feel like playing them.

I liked Red Dead a lot though, but even the campaign on that one was badly paced.

It sucks knowing that you are missing out on something. I always feel like "Why do these games get so much sales?" which is perhaps a bit petty

To the bold and underlined point: As avid forum-going gamers, we are apart of a sub-culture on the internet where talking about games tends to either hype us up or influence our social decision-making. Sometimes we suffer from F.O.M.O.....or "Fear of Missing Out". If we can control those emotions we can weed out things that we dont naturally gravitate to or watch videos and demos to see if they offer something new.
