Yep. Ergonomics aside, its perfect for 2D games.

Having to play on an official SNES controller again (and new) has me giddly. Can't wait to get my hands on one.

Wondering if I should sell the bulk of my SNES collection and get this. It'd be a huge spacesaver, and I'd more than make the money back on games. But then again, it took me years to build up my collection.

Just kidding, I also have mine packed with emulators but I'm still going to get 2 SNES Classics. One to put up for a rainy day in about 30 years, and another to either play or scalp...haven't decided yet

I find it a bit concerning that they haven't had pre-orders in the US yet. The thing comes out in a month, but there's no indication that pre-orders will be up at any retailers any time soon. I really hope Nintendo doesn't screw this up like they did with the NES Classic, but I'm not gonna hold my breath.

preordered a month or two ago when preorders first opened in Aus. Not overly excited, but given the BS mess Nintendo made of supplies for the NES classic I figured I better get in early otherwise I might not even get a choice when it is released, worst case I change my mind I will have no problems selling it and if they stuff it up like the NES I will be able to sell it for much more than I paid.
