ok i enjoyed arms but i am truly hoping for another Punch-Out for the switch i know i am 8 years too late but i am just now playing punchout for the wii and just wanted to share some gameplay and commentary i have not played punchout since the snes days with super puch out and i really enjoyed it..

Punch Out is such an amazing game. Just wait until you get to the harder bosses. They will give you a run for your money. Also when you become the champion something VERY interesting will happen.

It was a damn hilarious game, but I honestly wonder if they'd ever do anything like it again given the humor was entirely based in stereotypes. I like to think that the fact that they're insulting everyone and not targeting just a few specific groups makes the humor OK, but lord knows there's people who would throw a hissy fit over it today.

Honestly I was surprised they didn't try to make ARMS a Punch-Out!! related spinoff, I think the sales would've been much as a result of brand awareness, plus I love the Punch-Out!! games and Little Mac and Doc Louis as characters. But yeah, just wait until you have to face the later bosses, like another user said, things get very interesting later on. I don't wanna spoil anything but this game will test you to see how much effort you're willing to put in.

The game is not that old so I'm pretty sure a new Punch Out coming out today wouldn't get too much negative feedback since the Wii game didn't in 2009. 

Also, wanted to mention that Punch Out Wii is a fantastic game!

Love this game. Lots of laughs in motion control on wii board with friends over. I wish the title screen music was absent as it grades on my ears. i loved the original nes title screen the best. Great devs who went on to do even more amazing games.
