if i look at the last time they give out numbers Xone had a 90% xbl gold attach rate.

that means:

~27 million gold subscribers on XOne vs. 26.4 on ps4/ps3

Source? Then I'll use your point of stating that those subscribers also contain users from past generation so stating 90% attach rate is ludicrous as your figures are no doubt much older when past generation was actually a relevant consideration. How many people do you really think are subscribing to PS+/GOLD to play on PS3/360 in 2017?

i think 90% of Xbox Owners subscribing xbl gold and 50% of ps4 owners buying plus.

because of the games libarby. (Xbox= shooters and Racing vs. ps4 = rpg, action adventure, jrpg & indie)

and because ps4 is a lot more popular so alot casuals are buying a ps4 atm.

You haven't given me the source I asked for, and that's pretty wild speculation without a source. Also you say PS4 isn't for shooters... Blackops 3 sold over 15 million units on PS4... Out of the top 10 best selling games on PS4, 9 of them are online multiplayer, same as XBO.

You also still haven't explained why you split subscribers between ps4/ps3 for PlayStation but for Xbox 100% of subscribers are XBO users.

i split it between ps3/ps4 and not for the xbox  because last time ms give us numbers there were more xbl gold owners then sold Xones something like 21 million xbl gold owners at a time where the xone was sold ~17 million.

And this makes you think the Attach rate for gold on XBO is 90%... because? If anything this highlights people were subscribed because of 360.

Your logic is essentially "last time we got numbers there were more gold subscribers on 360+XBO then XBO sold, so XBO attach rate must have been and is still nearly 100%!!!"

Still waiting on that source btw. You have no evidence that anywhere close to 90% of XBO owners subscribe to gold, and as it's such an outlandish statement it cannot be taken remotely seriously without facts.

Errr... No? Microsoft dont give out Gold Subscriber numbers for a reason, the same reason they don't give out XBO sales numbers.

Proportionally gold subscriptions for XBO will be higher, but not by anywhere near enough.

if i look at the last time they give out numbers Xone had a 90% xbl gold attach rate.

that means:

~27 million gold subscribers on XOne/Xb360/Mobile/SmartGlass/PCusers vs. 26.4 on ps4/ps3/PSvita

add in bold.

Also where do you get the 27million gold subscribers from?

He decided that from the last official figures microsoft gave out for gold subscribers (Which he refuses to link a source for) that the XBO attach rate for gold must be 90%.

So as XBO is at about 30 million sold now, assuming his made-up attach rate is still the same, 27 million Gold Subscribers on XBO.

According to ZhugeEX, Microsoft is 18 million behind.
"Xbox Live monthly active users is 52 million. That number includes PC and Mobile users."

its not easy to figure it out but it makes sense why should ps4 owners buy psplus if their biggest exclusives are offline singleplayer games, on the other side if you want to enjoy your xbox exclusives you have to pay xbl gold

You do realise monthly active user count includes PC/360 users... so you're taking MAU for XBO/360/PC and then using a proportion given from 7 years ago to conclude XBO has 27 million gold subscribers...

Let me tell you what I get from this information, as all XBOX LIVE users in 2010 were on 360, 50% of 360 owners subscribed to GOLD, so we could assume 50% of XBO owners ubscribe to GOLD.

Considering you can live stream your gameplay to twitch and youtube record, your gameplay, party chat, download games and dlc and play online on free to play games all WITHOUT PS Plus, that's pretty damn impressive.
