NieR: Automata PS4 shipments and digital sales top 500,000 in Japan and Asia

A NieR: Automata sales update.

The PlayStation 4 version of NieR: Automata has topped 500,000 total shipments and digital sales in Japan and Asia, Square Enix announced (2).

The most recent Japanese sales charts reveal that over 300,000 physical copies have been sold in Japan alone.

The PC version of the Platinum Games-developed action RPG is not available in Japan and Asia.

Earlier this month, Square Enix announced that total worldwide shipments and digital sales for NieR: Automata, including the PC version, surpassed one million.

WTF !        It doesn't make sense.

 



The NieR remaster is getting closer and closer (or i hope at least a PC port from the X360 or PS3 version :c).



Hopefully this means more for the franchise in the future. I really liked the demo, though I haven't got the game.



does this game ever get interesting? Got to second boss and it is still very boring. With so many asian action rpg cliches that i gonna puke.
I think that openworld leveldesign really hurts the game. Running on these empty fields isnt fun. Besides the levels look like made for ps2. With very low detailed models.

I really loved the game. I hope they'll make a sequel later on.



Just shows you the power of ps4 in Asia. As the console gets cheaper it's influence will only grow stronger.

Still haven't finished it, it's so good.
