well it is somewhat limited, there are far more things blocked (website wise) than you would fine in the West. And as far as news outlets go in Russia, and access to news, everything is pretty much blocked off that doesn't have a huge bias in supporting the gov. that's a fact

 

I don't see why Russia would have any hard feelings with Canada though- they have very few (if any?) former conflicts and are neighbors. Canada being very unthreatening and honestly (from Russia's perspective) practially just a huge swatch of empty cold land between them and the USA. 

Well, we have a lot of opposition newspapers, tv, radio and sites which are not blocked. They are just not popular amongst the 90% majority.

As for Canada, we even sympathise it. They have cold climate, same as Russia. Grizzly bear is a best friend to Rissian bear too! )

I hope Russia stops flying military aircraft near Alaska. That's very close to Canada and the Canadian Air Force might also be deployed.

This is definitely not true. Russia is multi-religional country and only 60-70% of population are Chrsitians according to Wikipedia.

Why would the West trust Russia when Russia is in league with fatso?

Where did you get this? That is so untrue. Russia has always been against North Korean nuclear program. The only reason why western media can say something that Russia is backing North Korea is that USA are escalating that situation right now and Russia doesn't want to have a nuclear conflict near its borders.

I was planning for a thread to ask Russians on VGC about few things, I'll do it one day, maybe soon. For now, fuck the western media for constantly running anti-Russia news. RT is now among the top of my most visited news websites.

Russians, answer me this, should we start hoarding gold? :)

I think if regular Americans and Russians sat down, had a few drinks and an actual conversation then they would probably get along unless they were just not compatible people in the first place. It is all the hyped up drama and bs that surrounds us in a shit cloud. Sorry I'm a little off topic but people are talking about USA and Russia relationship anyways.  Now having the governments get along is next to impossible.
