Like Egypt would invade a country with nuclear weapons.

You don't think Egypt can intercept a nuke? You think Isreal is the only ountry with an Iron Dome? Look at a map dude! You cant fight everyone at once, even if they were 1930s Germany....use logic not your fantasy "b b b but the underdog must win"

It would make no sense for Egypt to risk doing that. They have a peace treaty with Israel, Israel has nuclear weapons, Egypt is second only to Israel in Amerian foreign aid, Egypt would risk a ton of financial support if they did that.

Which, by the way, is much higher than the number of civilians killed by Islamic terrorists in the west. However, many people seem to fail to grasp that the U.S. isn't killing Iraqis and Syrians because they hate them, but that Syrians and Iraqis hate them because they're killing them.

All the more reason to close the borders to people from these countries. They're likely coming for revenge.

Or maybe instead of "helping" them by bombing them we can do it by rebuilding their infrastructure, and give them a decent life so they won't be angry or desperate.

This started out with me replying to someone who said Isreal didn't need the 'Meeeericans to back them up. Im mearly proving the point that Isreal needs Americas support. All it takes is one bad Coup in one of these unstable countries. Simple enough, Isreal needs Americas help.

Israel took on Egypt, Syria and Jordan all by themselves and defeated them in 6 days. They later signed a peace treaty with Egypt and Jordan, so now the only hostile border countries are Syria, which is in no shape to fight them, and Lebanon, which has its own internal problems. They don't have much to worry about.

well they back the rebels behind all of the gas attacks too... so the number is most likely significantly higher...

You do realize that you are talking about religious fanatics that have abandoned reason, right? If the solution was this easy, then it would have already been implemented and worked like it did in Europe after World War II.

Actually, this is what the United States wanted. They supported the Islamization of Saudi Arabia and Pakistan as a way to combat the potential influence of Soviet Union, which as you probably know was an atheist state. That's what they implemented.

I doubt the USA's intention was a situation that spiraled out of their control. Yes, they didn't want the Soviet Union to gain influence, but that doesn't mean that they wanted this mess.

Well, they needed another common foe in order to distract the people. They didn't have the Soviet Union to justify interventions anymore, so they got Islamic terrorists.
