I have a few:

Final Fantasy games, Dead Rising 1 and 2, Don't Starve, Dragon's Dogma, Dark Souls, Binding of Isaac, Smash Bros and some casual Serious Sam from time to time.

I used to play Gears of War 3 in horde mode as a mainstay but it's been quite a while without me playing it.

There are very few gaming genres that I'd say I'll never get tired of, those being:

- 3D Platformers. Can't get enough of those, really happy that they're coming back.

- Puzzle games. Portal 2 and The Talos Principle are wonderful games that everyone should play.

- Adventure games (The Zelda/Beyond Good and Evil kind).

- Point-and-click games (Didn't like them at first, but I slowly got into them and I love them now).

- Mario Kart.

Edit: Also been warming up to turn-based RPG's, loved playing EarthBound last year and I'm very excited to try Dragon Quest XI on Switch too.

Super Smash Brothers. They basically last me until the next Smash game releases.

Shooters like Battlefield 3 and Titanfall 2

I'm all over the place. Just depends on what's out and hot or what I've got time for. If I'd have to pick a few I'd say rpgs, strategy, and sandbox is where I mostly game in nowadays. Some Action adventure ones too like the arkham games.

Rollercoaster Tycoon 2
SimCity 4

I have been playing those two games continuesly ever since they released in 2002 and 2003 respectively. Literally, continuesly. No breaks whatsoever, and I'm not seeing myself quitting any time soon. They just don't bore. Anno 1602 and Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds were also in that list, but I haven't played both , outside of like, one or two times, for about a year or two now. It's not that I don't want to play those anymore, I'd really like to continue playing them, but we're having problems with LAN multiplayer on our newer computers.

Dead or Alive 3, Ninja Gaiden 1, Bayonetta 2, Ocarina of time and super mario 3d world. I play those games consistently. I think I can add breath of the wild to that list cause I've been playing for more than a hundred hours and I wanna keep playing.

RPG games (Final Fantasy, early 90s Squaresoft games) are my biggest mainstay genre. Platformer (Mario, Donkey Kong), Simulation (RollerCoaster Tycoon, Cities Skylines, The Sims), RTS (Civ V & VI), and Action-Adventure (Zelda) are also some of my other go-to genres for games. Some sandbox games like Minecraft and Starbound are a good time passer when I'm in the mood too.

MOBAs, more specifically (and only, League of Legends) I'm close to finally cracking diamond but I'm stuck in a lose-win back and forth so it keeps me glued to the game and makes me ignore my backlog in the PS4. Once I make a good standing or high rank, I'll take a week or two off league and play on my PS4 then come back refreshed and level headed to get raged on my 10 year olds.
