It's also why they refuse to make games the fans have been asking for for over a decade.

And when you've only made 1 or 2 games over 15 years ago that's not longevity that's a dead franchise and wasted potential.

That's like saying Horizon is ONE if the only good games on playstation, makes no sense to me. It's like turning a positive thing into a negative for no reason. But I agree DKTF was a great game, amongst many great games in Wii U.

Mario Odyssey look like it will be on similar track like Zelda BotW, but I really can't see what Nintendo is doing with Metroid, and I would love to see 3D Donkey Kong and new Diddy Kong Racing.
IMO other games doesn't relly needs to change so much.

He probably ment it was one of a few "must have" titles on the Wii U.

Its the best platformer the Wii U has.

OP suggesting DKC go 3D.... like Yooka Laylee? I dont know... I kinda like the 2,5D side-platformer thingy DKC does, they do it better than anyone else.

Mario is finally going back to 3D collectathon style, which they do better than others (imo).

So you ll have best of both worlds now.

As long as pokemon and their other main ip sells well and assuming Switch doesn't bomb like the wiiu, I think Nintendo won't change much.
