I know I'm gonna be busy with this game for a looong time since I'll want to try to complete it, which I don't mind. It'll hold me over until other games come out, like Spla2n, Mario Odyssey and XB2. :D

Haven't tried with guardians yet on reflect. Did not know you could.

But you get good practice on those octoroks that pop out of the water and grass.

Only tried my shield once on a guardian. I found a guarian shield ++ that said it could deflect guardian shots. So I went and found one and stood there holding my shield up to see what it would do. It did deflect it. Off to the side, not back at the guardian and that one hit destroyed my new big shiny powerful shield, lol.

Reloaded from last save then, lol.

I'm currently saved in a shrine with a major test. I'll see if I can use it to deflect his laser vs dodging it. Would be far more effective if I can get the timing down on that.

Hateno Beach major test? if that's the shrine I recommend the elixir that gives you a speed boost (forgot the name) this is good for the last phase when he shoots 4 lasers, and also some mighty potion/food for the whole battle.

Edit: Hasty Elixir
