-NoE takes much riskier actions, Reggie and NoA sat and waited on Xenoblade and rest of the Rainfall games, only after they were proven to be a hit in Europe did NoA  localize it. Like, how the hell did Reggie pass on it, Wii made shit tons of money, couldn't he just greenlit 1 passion project for the fans, to make things right after he answered "how are hardcore gamers left out when we're bringing Animal Crossing"".

This guy is completely unaware what fans want, I doubt he reads boards at all.

So yeah, what ever did Reggie do good for Nintendo? Does he actually have any power? I mean we know Kyoto is out of touch with hardcore fans, but you'd think a Western person would be on social media, interacting with Western fans. Did Kyoto choose Reggie because he's subservient and doesn't go against their authority?

Isn't reggie just a PR Guy? Who's the PR Guy in MS and Sony?

Don't Nintendo products sell a lot better in North America than Europe?

To my knowledge xenoblade was more of the exception and not the rule, I think NoE is usually the one that releases games the latest, not to mention sometimes not at all. 

Not to mention that we didn't even have the nintendo bonus program in scandinavia while the rest of europe, america and japan had it.

I dunno. There's so many twitter handles to go to in the Playstation ecosystem. Starting from Shu, Giocorsi, to even the engineer behind the PS4 UI (iirc we got PNG captures after people nagged him on twitter).

Xbox has Phil and Major Nelson I guess? But they seem to be about as useless as Reggie getting games cancelled left and right.

The role of Reggie is to kick ass and take names.

Yea i think that is the exception, usually united statss gets more nintendo games and faster than europe. Focusing on one game and one person being the reason for all things bad isnt a good idea

If he's responsible for letting StreetPass die out of stores. Then yeah, he's useless... 😐

The sad thing is that he is most likely doing his best with what he's been given by his japanese masters. 

He certainly was a better representative during the Wii launch era. But as time went on, his delivery became less and less convincing. That being said, with the way Nintendo home consoles have been faring over the last decade, and the way the gaming community has been responding to it all, he's been fighting a very difficult uphill battle.
