Just pre-ordered. I'm not dealing with shortages or lines. I'm having it delivered to my house on March 3rd so I can cover it.

Just do it. You can always cancel it. If you wait too long, you might be out of luck.

Which is why I'm not too upset about $300 price tag.

The system will be sold out decently for a while, then holiday will come around and they can make some bundles at $300 and it will sell good then too.

Then a year from now do a price cut to $250.

I doubt we'll see a Wii situation but you should probably pre-order the deluxe edition of Zelda (incl. map, soundtrack, Master Sword statue, etc.) quite soon if that one interests you.

I think some people are forgetting that you can take this shit on the road, and who the fuck doesn't have a portable battery these days? From the graphics I was looking at during the conference, I'm sure that the Vita dream is still alive, only it lives on in the Switch and I can finally move on from 3DS graphics lol. So yeah, I pre-ordered that shit, super fast.

despite being underwhelmed regarding the Switch Presentation, I just preordered too. No way am I risking not being able to get it at launch. Gotta rock that Zelda straight away :D
